Yeah I think that's right.
I once worked inside a deep bunker.It took ages to ascend to the staff canteen at lunchtime, so most workers took sandwiches and stayed 'downstairs'.The large hallway between the various chambers had been converted to a beach, with a sea & palm tree setting painted on the wall.We had beach chairs, wind-breaks etc .. very nice!
