Using a Neti Pot on April 1st

Let's say you've just finished a world-record set of sprint intervals after taking bozolol. Now you live in a city like I do and there's a lot of 'refinery dirt' in your sinuses. How to expel it? With a Neti pot:

Don't laugh. I quit anti-histamines years ago. They made me feel worse than the sinus problems. Sinus washing with normal saline is the only safe and effective treatment for sinus infection.

Normal saline solution, which is roughly isotonic with blood, is 0.9% salt w/v. One cup of water is 236.6 ml. and needs needs 2.15 grams of salt to make normal saline. A teaspoon of salt is about six grams. So add 1/3 tsp. of salt to one cup of sterile water nto make normal saline.

This was useful after working all day in a cement plant measuring performances of process equipment (which meant that I came out black and white from the coal and limestone dust).

I'm not laughing at the neti pot, I'm laughing at the guy irrigating his sinuses with coffee and whiskey. The fun part of the video is after 1:33.
